"Do I even know what I truly want to offer - or am I spreading myself too thin?"
Many creatives end up overwhelmed because they try to do everything. On Day One, we help you identify your core strengths and passions - and narrow them down to clear, focused offerings.
"How can I stay motivated and believe in myself when clients are slow or feedback is tough?"
We’ll give you a simple framework to evaluate your options based on impact, joy, and profitability - so you choose what aligns with your values and your business goals.
"What if I choose wrong - or lock myself in too early?"
We’ll show you how to test and validate your offer before committing, so you stay flexible while building confidence - no rigid locks needed.

"Why isn’t confidence coming naturally - even though I know my craft is good?"
Many creatives struggle not because of skills, but mindset. On Day Two, we dig into the invisible blocks - fear of failure, comparison, self-doubt - and begin shifting them.
"How can I stay motivated and believe in myself when clients are slow or feedback is tough?"
We’ll give you mindset tools to stay grounded and resilient - so you don’t burn out waiting for “perfect” conditions.
"What if mindset work feels too woo‑woo?"
We stay practical. You’ll leave Day Two with concrete, actionable mindset habits - not fluffy promises - to carry into real business challenges.

"How do I know what to charge - without feeling like I’m overcharging or underselling?"
We’ll walk you through a pricing roadmap: assessing your skill level, audience, and market - so you land on a number that is fair, profitable, and defensible.
"What if I’m scared the price will scare clients away?"
You’ll learn how to frame your offer and present pricing in a way that communicates value - so you attract clients who get it and are willing to pay.
"How can I avoid price hesitation and constant discounting as I scale?"
We’ll help you build a pricing mindset and structure that supports growth - meaning fewer discounts, more clarity, and sustainable profit.

Live is always best as it is a highly interactive workshop and you will also get to connect with other creatives too! Making time for this 1hr workshop live will ensure that you actually attend and get the free value from it! However we know not everyone can make it - so if you cannot come join live, then signup anyhow, and we will send you the recording to watch!
As creatives ourselves we love being able to share our expertise and help other creatives to pursue their dream businesses! Next to helping our creative clients full-time, we enjoy being able to give back with these occasional free workshops. Plus it builds a connection with us, so when you get great results from our free content, we will be the ones you come talk to when you want to take things to the next level!
Over the past 10+ years we have had the privilege of personally working with hundreds of creatives in every visual creative niche imaginable, so we've learned a thing or two. We also see that the 'business stuff' is a very common barrier that gets in the way for the majority of creatives! Ultimately our workshops and programs are designed to help visual creatives get their results faster and smarter, without burning themselves out and killing their creative passions in the process!
